I’m watching the Cape Town cricket derby today. Western Province is taking Boland on at Boland Bank Park. I’ve seen some good performances today and it’s exciting to see some good, young talent coming through and South African cricket is definitely very healthy!

What a fantastic day for SA cricket! I am so happy for the boys and a victory in Australia is always a great feat. They played really well to restrict Australia in their first innings and then to bat them out of the game. It was a very clinical performance and I wish I was there but I am focusing on my recovery and it has been going well (but not quick enough!). You can never rush these things so I am just enjoying spending time with Sue and Dimples, the new addition to our family. Thank you again for all of the “get well soon” messages!
